They care about you here just about as much as they care about the price of beans in China. Also, staff (not all!) is racist against white people. Was a very uncomfortable situation, even when using "Yes Ma'am" and "No Ma'am" out of respect.
First and far most the main clerk that works there 24 seven is very rude and the counter side manners. They r slow and they act like u work there and know everything abt postal work and how it works! This location needs a makeover and asap!
Besides the fact I hat the clerk couldn't find my certified letter and pretty much I had to wait until her coworkers came back from lunch to find my letter I couldn't call customer service because the entire tracking number wasn't written. Explained that I don't work in the area. She pretty much wrote down my information and moved to the next customer. Totally unacceptable!
