Beds very uncomfortable also asked for extra towels because it was 3 of us owner replied we’re out of towels...1st and last time

I reserved a NON- SMOKING room, and the manager gave me a room that had a tons fresh cigerette smoke in the air in the room. Was it the housekeeper (she had just finished cleaning the room) smoking in the room or the last customer (that apparently had just checked out)?? I don't smoke and don't like to inhale smoke. It was so bad, it was like someone was sitting in the room with me puffing away. It was unbearable. I will not return to that hotel, needless to say. However, the room was clean.
Dont go there...there are roaches,dirty sheets,rooms filthy.paid for a room and it was so nasty.someone urinated on the sheets.bed was wet.ask for another room.all 3 rooms where so so nasty.dont go there
